Winnebago County is run by a five member
board. Board meetings are open to the public and are
held at the SWCD office. Meeting are held on the last
Tuesday of the month at 9:00 a.m., except for May, June,
September and October when the meetings will be held at 7:00
p.m. Owners and occupiers of land in Winnebago County are eligible to run for a board of directors position. The Directors are elected for two-year terms. Elections are held each January, with two directors being elected in odd years and three directors elected in even years. Elected directors take office in March. DIRECTORS Chairman - Dwayne Proctor
